Today's Agenda: Bill O'Reilly And Fox News Are Full Of SHIT

I'm Baaaacccckkkk!!!!!! Ha ha. Have to say it's been quite a while, almost 2 months in fact, but the man I've mentioned in my posting title deserves a little badgering from me. If none of you are familiar with Bill O'Reilly, he hosts a fairly popular news/opinion talk show on the FOX NEWS channel called the O'Reilly Factor. It is an extremely right wing conservative republican show, on a largely right wing conservative republican based News station. To the untrained ear, and people who don't pay attention to the happenings in the world or our government, Bill O'Reilly probably comes off as an extremely intelligent, no bullshit talk show host who knows what he's talking about. I can't blame anybody who does see it that way, because Mr. O'Reilly does an extremely good job at selling his point to the American public with his no nonsense, bad ass Irish attitude during his many TV debates with people on the opposite end of his point on whatever topic he decides to discuss that day.
Now if you pay attention like I do, you can easily see why Bill O'Reilly seems to win his arguments, because he doesn't let anybody else get a word in. His entire arguments consist of him first, introducing his opponent on the subject in a totally offensive and sarcastic manner and tone so that he already has the upper hand with his audience, then continues to engage in an apparent debate with that person, but continuously shuts them down by interrupting them and talking over them so that they don't get a chance to intelligently argue their point. He cuts in and stops them mid sentence to where is sounds like they are saying something stupid, before they have finished their explanation, and responds with his "Factual Knowledge" to counteract that person's argument. This is an obvious defensive strategy used by Mr.O'Reilly to attempt to prove himself FOX NEWS' fact based political and rational spokesperson. Bill O'Reilly on numerous occasions has not only been proven wrong on his own show, but down right OWNED
In the videos I have added to this posting, watch carefully what happens when Bill O'Reilly gets cornered and starts to feel he is being proven wrong. What does he do???? He stops them by saying, "Alright, well we're out of time," then gets the last word in so that he and the rest of his right wing conservative republican audience can feel as though FOX NEWS and the Republicans have scored yet another victory in the war against everything anti conservative and anti-Jesus. I say anti-Jesus because the vast majority of the republican government officials(i.e. senators, house representatives, Governors, etc) believe that the republican party is "God's" party. For those of you who don't know, both George H.W. Bush(SR.) and George W. Bush (JR.) were fundamentalist Christians, which means they take the bible 100% literally. So that means that for 12 years of our nations history, just in regards to the Bush family(I think Reagan might have been a fundamentalist as well), our country was ran by people who believed that the earth was only 6000 years old, that Adam and Eve were the first two people on the planet that spawned the entire human race, and that some guy named Noah actually was somehow able to gather together two of every animal on the planet into a massive "Ark" during a worldwide flood, that floated around until it found land, and then repopulated the entire planet with the all of today's current animal species. A family that when dreadful things occurred in our country, they went to the podium and said, "I'm gonna pray!" and since the majority of the country follows the same nonsensical beliefs, the all went "Well he's on it....He's gonna pray...I feel safer already"
Anyways, to get back on subject, on more than one occasion, FOX NEWS has been caught red handed either bending truths or completely fabricating stories to benefit both themselves and the Republican party to the public eye. I find both FOX NEWS and Bill O'Reilly's tactics to be distasteful and pathetic. They continuously blame the economical mess this country is in on President Obama. Never once do they acknowledge the fact that Obama inherited probably the biggest political and economical mess left by any other president in our nations history. Two wars(Iraq and Afghanistan, the Iraq war being allowed due to hugely falsified information about supposed "Weapons Of Mass Destruction" which never materialized), and a several trillion dollar deficit(which happens to be the largest in our nations history). The war in Afghanistan I can totally understand due to the 9/11 terrorist attacks, the war in Iraq I believe was Bush Jr. finishing the job his dad(Bush Sr.) started during the gulf war, and was completely unjustified. As for the unimaginable deficit, seeing as how the president immediately preceding Bush(Clinton) left us with an actual few billion dollar surplus, I'd say he overspent his allotment by a few trillion dollars. Regardless of all of Bush's obvious fails as leader of one of the worlds most powerful nations, did Bill O'Reilly or and member of FOX NEWS ever criticize his policies? No. Instead they all blame Obama for the countries troubles. FOX NEWS finds any little supposed negative thing they can about Obama to spin it in some bad way to make Obama look like some terrible socialist or communist style dictator because he wanted to raise taxes on people making $250,000 a year or more by 3% to help pay for government provided aid and benefits for the insurmountable amount of lower class, poverty stricken Americans that pretty much make up this countries population.
Something I still laugh about to this day, is an incident(if you can even call it that) which occurred shortly after Obama took office, where he was photographed not wearing his suit jacket inside the oval office. This made FOX NEWS Headlines!!! How dare he disrespect the president's office by being comfortable. Bill Maher said it perfectly, "That's why you never saw Bush or Reagan without their jacket on in the Oval office, because people take their jacket off when THEIR WORKING!!" So if you think I'm just hardheaded and full of shit, please take the time to meander over the videos below if you would, and then tell me if I'm wrong.  Each and every one of these videos is utterly hilarious in their own way, all of course pointing out the blatant lack of respect for others, and the incredible ignorance and lack of knowledge Bill O'Reilly especially flaunts around, while still totally believing every word he says....Just amazing....Enjoy.

Today's Agenda: New York Giants- 9-7 Magic

After a nerve racking game like that, I need a beer............Well, another beer anyways.  What a magnificent performance by both teams.  In a stunningly similar repeat of Superbowl 42 in 2007, the New York Giants go to the Superbowl as the favored to lose underdogs, against the strong passing game of the powerhouse dynasty of Tom Brady and the New England Patriots.  With Tom Brady's arm and one of the strongest offensive lines in the league, the Patriots were being considered a shoe-in for the championship by many top name sports officials, stating that Eli Manning, though a great quarterback, wouldn't be able to overpower the phenom they call Tom Brady.  Once again, just as in 2007, they underestimated Eli Manning.
This post season played out like as though I was watching a movie I'd seen before(in regards to the Patriots and Giants).  New England rolled through almost every team in the regular season, losing only 3 games, finishing it at 13-3, while the Giants finished with a mediocre 9 wins and 7 losses.  That 9th win against the Cowboys in the final game of the regular season was what earned them their seat in the playoffs, barely.  As any football fan knows, however, there's no such thing as barely win it comes to football, there's only winning and losing, the former of which the New York Giants certainly accomplished tonight.
With the exception of New England having lost 3 games through the season, everything was exactly the same.  Patriots sat at the number one seed in the AFC, and the Giants at the number 4 seed in the NFC as a Wildcard match up.  Both records, once again, sit at opposite ends of the spectrum. The best team of the AFC, and the worst team of the NFC facing off against each other in the biggest event in sports, and in dramatic fashion, Eli Manning leads the giants to a game game winning score in the last minute of the game, leaving Tom Brady and the Patriots with barely 50 seconds and no time outs to get the ball down the field and into the end zone, which is about 15 seconds more than he had in 2007 when Manning through that famous touchdown pass that ended what would have been a history making perfect, undefeated season for the Patriots.
So it makes me wonder if the 9-7 season record has become the Giants magic spot.  At the beginning of the playoffs I called it.  Everyone was hyped up on the Packers or the 49ers, favoring one of these two teams to make a Superbowl appearance, but when I saw the Giants record, I said, "I don't know, Eli Manning's got that 9-7 luck.  He beat the undefeated Patriots 4 years ago."  Sure, I would have rather seen two different playoff teams in the Superbowl(Namely Baltimore and San Francisco), but I just had a feeling that Eli would pull it off again.  Being as it was the Patriots they were playing, I couldn't be happier with the result, because as I've said many times before, I HATE TOM BRADY!!!!!!!!TUCK RULE THIS TOM!!!!!!(2001 Raider vs Patriots playoff game reference, haha.  I'll never forgive him for that, whether it was the referee's decision or not.)
So, as far as I can see, they've found their sure fire method to winning championships, having shitty  barely winning seasons. haahaha.  I wish Bill Palechik was capable of human emotion or facial expression, cause I would have loved to see the disappointment on his face when he had to once again accept defeat at the hands of what statistics would prove was a much inferior team.  GO GIANTS!!!!!!!!

Bill Belechick after winning a game just a few weeks before Superbowl 42

This is a link to the press conference immediately following tonight's game.  If you didn't know any better, you would think all three of these came from the same press conference.

Today's Agenda: Evangelical Christians-Proper Values? Or Blatant Brainwashing?

I've been fighting with myself over the past few days whether or not to write about this particular subject.  It seems the vast majority of our nation practice some form of religion, and believe in some type of deity or God.  I myself do not believe in, or practice any religion whatsoever.  My mother attempted to instill her beliefs in me, which is Christian, but as I grew older, I started picking apart the belief structure and biblical stories, and came to a conclusion based on logic, reason, lack of evidence, scientific theory(backed up with plenty of tangible evidence), and rationality, that such things as God's and miracles, and the theory of Creationism as explained in the biblical book Genesis, could not possibly be correct.
This is just what myself as an individual human being believe to be true, just as you as an individual human being may believe whatever it is you want to believe.  As you can probably imagine, my mother and her parents, my grandparents, weren't very pleased with me when I expressed my opinion on the matter, but, again, I am an individual person, capable of individual thought.  Of course, they had no choice but to accept my beliefs(or non beliefs, however you want to put it), so we don't ever need to talk about it or even delve into the topic of religion when we are together.  I understand, you might be getting worried about where I'm headed with this post, but trust me, this is not in any way an attempt to mock, or ridicule your individual religious beliefs, but to share my thoughts on a particular branch of Christianity.
A couple day's ago, I stumbled across a documentary entitled "Jesus Camp."  "Jesus Camp" is a documentary film set in both Missouri and North Dakota, about Evangelical Christians.  The film mainly follows a female preacher, who's is determined to reclaim the United States as Christ's Nation.  First off, this countries constitution clearly states that there is to be a "Separation of Church and State," so she is already going against the wishes our nations(a nation she claims over and over again to love) founders.  However, anybody that has lived in this country for more than 2 years, and is able to speak, read, write, and understand the English language, knows that such a separation does not entirely exist.  For example, look at our Pledge of Allegiance, "Under God," or our money with "In God We Trust," printed on it.  These are obviously conflictive with our constitution.
This little mission, however, is not the disturbing part of this film.  The entire movie, this lady uses the power of, as I would describe it, Hitler type speech, to blatantly strip these children, some of which appear to be as young as 4 years old, of any personal thoughts or beliefs other than hers.  With her exuberant and charismatic energy, she tells the kids to raise their arms and open their mouths to pray in "tongues," which, if you are not familiar, consists of the rapid chanting and muttering of complete jibberish.  This, according to Evangelical Christians, is the Holy Spirit speaking through you, in an unrecorded language.  Having never experienced such a sermon, I of course cannot verify whether or not such an event as possession of the Holy Spirit is real or not, but having done some research on how the human brain exactly works, I have somewhat of an understanding of the power that overwhelming speech, and the actions of your surrounding peers can have on an individual person's mind.  Such individuals can start to mimic those actions of the people surrounding them unknowingly. This link will take you to an article on automatic human imitation http://www.physorg.com/news136647587.html
This woman even admits to using certain props and ideology that effectively "works well," with young children.  The documentary also briefly takes you into the schooling of Evangelical parent's children.  According to the movie, as of 2006, 75% of all home schooled students live in an Evangelical Christian home.  The reason being that evolution is taught in schools, and the theory of creationism is no longer allowed.  The parents tell blatant lies to their children, stating that there is no truth or fact in science whatsoever, and that these lies are nothing more than political issues, or the product of the "Devil" trying to spread non belief and sin.  At one particularly disturbing point in the film, the children are told to pray to a life size cardboard cutout of George W. Bush, teaching the children that he is an inspirational figure, leading the charge to claim the U.S.A. as Jesus Christ's nation.  The leader of the camp tells the children that she is "training them to be soldiers of God."  In a personal interview with the woman, she compares her Bible camp , and the way she teaches the word of God to these young impressionable children, to the way Muslims train their young children in their own similar type camps, but instead of giving them hand grenades or rifles, she gives them a bible and the power of Jesus.
The film is upsetting on so many levels.  It finds you both disgusted at what you are seeing, yet unable to look away.  While the good message these people are trying to get across is there, but the clear brainwashing technique used to present it, and the hidden personal agendas and disapproval the adults have with certain aspects of our country, and other religious beliefs completely overpower any good deed they may have initially set out to accomplish.  I was absolutely appalled by it, and believe in my mind, that what these people are doing to these children is a severe form of mental abuse, protected under the shield of the taboo words, "Religious Beliefs."
So before you think I'm bashing the Christian beliefs, allow me to note that the film also does a very good job in alienating this type of Christian practice and movement towards the combining of church and state, from the rest of the true, bible believing Christians of the nation, who instill the moral and wholehearted Christian values that do not condone hate and such Militant style teachings in their children.  This is brilliantly done by periodically switching from the Evangelical Bible Camp, to the inside of a local radio station studio, where a Christian talk radio host expresses his disbelief and shock at the Evangelical movement as a whole, stating that their behavior does not express true Christian belief or values whatsoever, and that they seem to have "forgotten where they come from."  He does not once specifically mention, nor even has knowledge of the existence of the particular camp the film centers on.  That is until the end scene, where the camp's totalitarian style leader calls in to voice her opinion on the radio broadcast, sharing her camps teachings and beliefs, which the radio host very professionally, and respectfully tries to debate, telling her that children have their own mind, and should be given the opportunity to learn both religious and scientific theories, and be able to decide for themselves what they truly believe.
She of course writes off the idea, saying that children should only have to learn what their parents want them to be taught, defending that what she does is not "brainwashing" in any way.  The funny thing is, the radio host never once uses the words brainwashing during the conversation, which  tells me that "brainwashing" is already on her mind, and leads me to believe that she knows that that is exactly what she is doing .  Bewildering isn't it?  I found the film to be quite an eyeopening experience.  I also found the Christian radio host to be very respectable, and intelligent, and able to overpower the insanity of the radical Christian Bible Camp, in the short, few and far between scenes in which he appeared, with what I would guess is how the majority of this countries Christian followers behave:  Respectful to other people's beliefs, while keeping unwavering faith in their own beliefs.  That's something I highly respect.
I've included a few clips of the film below, and the debate on the film with Bill Maher and his guest panel from the show "Real Time with Bill Maher," in its entirety.  What are your thoughts?

Today's Agenda: Jerry Sandusky-Innocent man, or Horrendous Monster?

I'm going back to a topic I tried to cover a few days ago in my attempt at a group discussion with my readers that did not render the attention that I though the particular controversial subject matter would produce.  I feel, however, that the topic deserves to be thoroughly covered, so as to present my audience with a better understanding(if you haven't yet seen or heard any of the news coverage) of what exactly the issue is.  So now, I'm going to go a little more in depth about the former Penn State football coach, Jerry Sandusky, a man who now faces 52 counts of child molestation charges, against 8 alleged victims, over the course of a 15 year span.
Bob Costas Interviews Jerry Sandusky About His Child Molestation Charges

In the interview I have posted above, Bob Costas does an excellent job at putting Jerry Sandusky on the spot about his alleged crimes.  The interview was, on NBC's part, brilliantly unplanned, so as to cause Sandusky to have to speak his own words, and not read from a premeditated and scripted answer sheet, which I'm sure given the time to prepare for such an interview, he would have undoubtedly been in possession of.  The most self incriminating moments of the interview, for those of you who don't wish to sit through the entire 9 minutes, are about the first 3 1/2 minutes, then again starting up at exactly 7:10 near the end of the video.  Please, take the time to actually listen to Sandusky's scattered, and delayed responses to Bob Costas' questions.
Having listened to his responses to the straight forward, no nonsense questions asked by Costas, is there any doubt in your mind of this man's guilt?  A man who openly admits to showering with young boys, touching them on the leg, horse playing around while naked in the shower, all actions of which were of course meant in a non-sexual manner.  Really?  You're telling me that we, as intelligent, American people, who live in a country where child molestation is considered even more of a horrendous act than murder, are supposed to just wave it off and say, "Oh it's okay.  He said the naked towel slapping on the boy's asses was in no way intended to come off as sexual contact."
For me, this kind of statement, where a grown man admits to touching, and hugging, and showering with young boys after "workouts," is an admission of guilt.  However, with the jaw dropping, utterly unbelievable failure in our nation's Judicial System in recent years, these kind of comments could be completely overlooked.  Just look again at the constant lies and deceiving statements from Casey Anthony during the investigation of her daughters murder, all pointing towards a cover up, that the jury seemed to have not been informed of in as much detail as the rest of the country.  Or, on a more subject related note, how the jury in the Michael Jackson child molestation trial completely disregarded the fact that a 45 year old man admittedly shared his bed with children ranging in ages of 9-13 years of age, one victim of which, was somehow able to provide a vivid enough description of MJ's genitals, apparently noting certain noticeable marks or moles, that a warrant was issued for collection of photos of his genitals, resulting in a perfect match.  Amazing how 12 people could find him innocent of molesting children with such evidence......TWICE(1993 being the first child molestation charge), but still so many in this country or going "Nuh Uh!!  Just listen to how good his music is, he couldn't have done that.
Now, back to the man in question, Jerry Sandusky.  The man just seems to have the classic, stereotypical Meagan's Law face, that just screams pedophile.  The one that happens to be the nice old man living next door, that's always so friendly, and loves to give your children candy and lemonade.  Until one day you just get bored and decide to do some neighborhood snooping online, and realize that good old Mr. Nelson next door, is a convicted child molester.  If you haven't yet checked out the Meagan's Law website yourself, I suggest you do yourself a favor and give it a visit.  You would be shocked at what type of sick fucks live just a block away from your house.
Even more shocking than the allegations against Jerry Sandusky, are the countless amount of Penn State employees and football coaching staff, including the late head coach Joe Peterno's knowledge Jerry Sandusky's actions over the course of his coaching career.  What makes things even more disturbing, is the fact that Jerry Sandusky was the director of a young boys activities club during these years.  Take a wild guess where the supposed victims originated from.  Yup, you guessed it(if you actually attempted to make a guess. haha), from Mr. Sandusky's club itself.......Strange.
Jerry Sandusky and his lawyer, are now asking for the courts permission to allow Sandusky the right to have supervised visitation with his young grandchildren.  As I said before, there is not a snowball's chance in hell that, if I were the judge ruling over this case, that this man would be able to ever set foot withing a mile of his grandchildren, supervised or not, for as long as I had the power to do so.  His grandchildren have been told their entire lives, that their grandfather loves them, and would protect them, and they, being impressionable young children, have most likely fallen into that trap, set by their grandfather.  I would like to know, if these children have been made aware of the accusations against their loving grandfather.  I'd be willing to bet the answer to that question is no, they haven't.

So what do you think?  Is he guilty?  Should he be able to see his grandchildren?  As our Judicial System states, all defendants are Innocent Until Proven Guilty.  Which is absolute bullshit.  It should be Guilty Until Proven Innocent, because if they were innocent, then they wouldn't even be charged with any crime in the first place.  Right?

Today's Agenda: The NFL Pro Bowl

For the majority of football fans in the country, other than New England Patriots and New York Giant fans, our season is over.  We all dealt with the stress, and nail biting anxiety throughout this past year, watching our teams try, and fail to earn their spot in the Superbowl.  Sure, we'll all still watch the Superbowl next week, most likely a bit begrudgingly, but we'll watch it nonetheless.  The only other chance the rest of us had at getting to see our favorite players in action again until next season was in yesterday's Pro bowl.
The Pro bowl, for those who don't know, is a game that combines all of the season's best players(except the Superbowl teams) from the AFC and the NFC, separating them, of course, into the AFC and NFC teams.  If you're like me, when you hear the words "Pro Bowl," you were probably thinking that yesterday's game was going to be an entertaining, hard fought competitive match up, seeing as how it's the leagues best players.  You were probably also expecting to see some extraordinary athletic talent out on display as well.  That shouldn't be too much to ask, you wouldn't think........At the PRO BOWL!!!
If you haven't yet caught on to where I'm heading with this, then you obviously didn't watch the game.  I have never seen a such a gross misuse of athletic ability in all my life.  You combine the years best, most aggressive and talented players, for one more chance to play the game they love until next season, and they are forced to play half ass due to the abundance of safety rules the NFL puts in place for this game only.  They couldn't blitz on any play, or give any real attempt to block field goals.  It was like watching a practice game.
The final score was 59-41, AFC winning.  When was the last time you saw a football game end with a score that high?  Yes, it's happened before, but generally that happens due to an extreme lack in defensive skill.  These two teams had the best of the best in defensive players, who were told that they had to play it safe to avoid injury.  Why even have the game then?  The safety rules in the regular season are not as strict as these were, and all of those players made it through just fine.  On top of the safety regulations in place, the players have no incentive to put forth their best effort.  They schedule this game a week before the Superbowl, after the two teams attending the Superbowl have already been decided.  So obviously, these players are all going to be playing with that "who gives a shit" mentality.  The NFL should schedule the Pro Bowl right before the regular season begins, so that the players are fired up, and trying to prove their athletic skill to the whole country, and their individual team's fans.
Unfortunately, however, we were forced to watch as each team ran up and down the field, virtually untouched, as the defense chased after them at a light jogging pace.  If the NFL wants to maintain any respect as a professional sports league, they will either put an end to the Pro Bowl, or change the safety regulations to something a little more like Pro Football, and not as much like Jr. High Flag Football.  Needless to say, I was very disappointed yesterday, and don't plan to tune in next year.
What are your thoughts on the Pro Bowl.  Did you enjoy it?  Or are you like me, and thought it was more of a big joke?

Today's Agenda: True Religion Jeans-An Inexcusable Purchase

How much money do you spend on the jeans that you wear everyday?  What about the headphones you use for your Ipod or MP3 player?  I know that, for me, I don't like to spend any more than $60 on jeans, and that's really pushing my limit.  As for headphones, I'm perfectly happy with a cheap pair that cost $10-$20.  Now, I am probably the last person to ask about anything related to popular fashion, nor am I in any way, shape, or form an expert on the quality of musical devices like headphones.  However, I came across some information today that absolutely disgusted me.  I may of even thrown up in my mouth a little.  haha.
The cause of my nausea, came when I found out what my boss bought their 17 year old son this past Christmas.  Before I reveal to you exactly what the gifts were, keep in mind that my boss is the type of person who is constantly preaching to people(mainly me) about how much money they're wasting on whatever "stupid items" they buy or whatever fun activities or events they want to attend.  For instance, he's been telling how stupid I am for almost a year now, because I spent $100 on a Metallica concert ticket(which was to the history making Big 4 show in So. Cal. A show that any rock fan would have wanted to attend), because he doesn't understand how people would rather see a live show, than just listen to the better sound quality of a CD in the comfort of their own car.  So pretty much, anything that he doesn't like or condone is a waste of money.
Now, if you're an intelligent person like myself, you may want to brace yourself, and if you happen to be standing, sit down, preferably with a bucket nearby.  He bought his son a pair of True Religion jeans, and a pair of Beats by Dre headphones.  For those of you who are as inept as I am when it comes to knowledge on today's popular brands, then you may not yet know the extent of my boss' hypocritical comments.  The jeans, cost an outrages amount of $395, and the headphones at $299.  Yeah, that's not a typo.  He spent $700 on 2 fucking things.  Makes you sick to your stomach doesn't it?
The headphones, I can sort of understand needing an expensive pair like the beats by dre for a professional in the music business, like a producer or DJ, but there is no reason a 17 year old, spoiled little brat, needs $300 headphones so he can listen to his stupid ass DubbStep music off his Phone.  Although the price of these headphones are outrageous, they're use in the professional music industry makes the price easy to overlook in regards that industry, not for personal use.  This is not the real cause of my anger, or my disappointment in how certain people in this country prioritize their needs and wants.
I would really like to know how any person in their right mind, can find a way to justify the purchasing of a $400 pair of jeans.  That is absolutely mind boggling to me.  I can tell you with utmost certainty, that not only would I never in my life buy something so outrageously overpriced, but if someone were to even buy me a pair as a gift, I would not accept them, and would not be shy in asking them "Are you out of your fucking mind!?  Four hundred dollars?"  which I would of course follow up with a long, badgering rant on how stupid they were for even stepping foot within 20 ft of the rack they were hanging on.  I don't care if these were some kind of magical jeans that could never get dirty, and gave you the ability to fly and turn invisible, I would not be caught dead wearing jeans that cost more than what I bought my laptop for.
On top of the bankruptcy causing price, the jeans don't even look good, on a guy at least.  They look like a pair of skinny girl jeans.  What does it tell you about our country, when people have become so vain and desperate for attention and envy of others, that they will pay an unprecedented amount of money for an article of clothing that looks like shit, just so they can show off the price tag.  I don't envy these people, nor do I base my friendships around people based on the price of their clothes.  These people need to wake up, and truly think about just how stupid and fiscally irresponsible it is to waste $350(I say $350 because that's how much less I would have spent), ON A PAIR OF GODDAMN PANTS!!!!!!  THEY ARE JUST PANTS YOU MORONS!!!!!!  TRY GOING TO MARSHALL'S LIKE A NORMAL FUCKING PERSON AND GET A PAIR OF NORMAL FUCKING PANTS!!!!!
Sorry, I wasn't planning on breaking into the caps and exclamations today, haha, but this subject just pissed me off royally today, and I couldn't help myself.  haha.  Let me know what your thoughts subject, and answer me this:  Can you in any way, provide a valid argument defending the purchase of a pair of $400 blue jeans?  If you can, I'd really like to hear it, because as it sits right now, I cannot even fathom  the possibility of a reasonable argument anybody could make that could make me understand.

Today's Agenda: 18 Year Old's Plans To Bomb School Thwarted

If you watch the news, then I'm sure you've heard about the high school bomb plot in Utah  that Salt Lake City Police discovered earlier this week, pulling the supposed masterminds behind it all out of school on Wednesday.  18 year old Dallin Morgan, and an unnamed 16 year old planned their attack and getaway, stating in text messages to each other that "We need revenge on the world."  Now, I don't know if these two kids were aware at the time they devised this plan, but killing some innocent people at their school doesn't exactly earn them revenge on the world, instead it would have earned them a death sentence by either the hands of the police, or the executioner 20 years from now.  I personally prefer the former.
The two students had a very brilliant getaway plan too......Not really.   They logged hundreds of hours on a flight simulator program at their home, so that when they had completed their terrorist act, they would somehow get all the way to the airport, steal a plane, and "fly away to a country that won't send us back to the U.S."  The quote comes from the 16 year old's statement made to police a few hours after being arrested.  The 18 year old was obsessed with the columbine  school massacre that occurred in 1999, and even made a visit to Columbine High School on December 13th to interview the principal about the shootings.
This is a picture of Dallin Morgan, the 18 year old.  First thing I want to ask, is what was the principal of a school, famous for the shooting massacre of students, by students, doing letting a kid that looks a serial killer into his office to interview him about said shooting?  Also, and excuse my language, but who the fuck raised this kid?  You can't seriously be telling me that this kid wasn't showing signs of depression, or some sort of mental illness.  You can see the absolute rage and psychosis in his eyes.  The parents of both students however, claim to be shocked about the discovery, and "Woke up in the middle of a nightmare," their spokesperson had stated.
Really?  You're telling me that this psychotic looking teenager just got it in his head one day to blow up his school and escape to another country, and his parents were shocked to find out.  If I had a son walking around my house that looked like that, he'd be moving out real fast.  I don't want to wake up in the middle of the night with this creepy looking dude staring down at me with a big evil grin on his face holding a knife.  I don't care if he's my son or not, I wouldn't be the type of parent that would allow my child to be a socially awkward recluse that stays in his room and has hardly any personal interaction with others(as I'm pretty sure was the case with this kid), and not worry that something might be going on with him.  For these parents to state that neither of their sons displayed any type of warning signs of their obvious mental health issues, means that either these two boys were either incredibly gifted in the art of deception(meaning they were able to hide their rage and hatred toward the world, acting completely normal around everyone they know.  Not the most likely scenario), or it is a very serious case of child neglect and lack of attention from the parents.
In my opinion, I think the parents should be brought up on charges of child neglect, for their total lack of personal involvement in these two boys lives.  Unfortunately, our legal system doesn't work that way, and these obviously bad parents, get to plead ignorance.  What if they had been able to pull off their attack, resulting in the deaths of possibly hundreds of students, and were somehow able to escape?  How would the parents respond then?  Even more blissfully ignorant................No parent is going to come out and speak to the media after such an event, and say something like, "Yeah, I figured there must of been something wrong with the boy, he's been out in the garage messing around with a bunch  gunpowder and what not, and making lists of people he wanted dead, but I just figured it was some sort of phase."
In closing, I would like to just say, that there is absolutely no excuse for such tragedies like school shootings to occur if the child, or children that cause the tragedy have two involved, intelligent parents, that show a bit of interest in their child's life, other than the classic 'give them what they want so they'll shut up and leave me alone' mentality that I believe a lot of parents have in this day and age..........
How do you feel on this subject?

Today's Agenda: Addictions-Does One Always Replace The Other?

How many people do you know, or how many of you personally, have at one time been addicted to alcohol, cigarettes, or some type of illegal drug?  How many have attempted to quit their addiction of choice and succeeded?  Quitting your specific addiction can be extremely challenging, depending on how deep into the hole you've fallen.  I've had problems with addiction myself in the past, so based on my own personal experience, I have become very interested in the matter concerning the human mind in regards to addiction.  I have reached a personal conclusion, based on mine, and others I have personally discussed this with's experiences(plus several google search web articles I found), that we never seem to actually give up the actual addictive part of our personality.  Yes it's true, we can quit the addiction we initially set out to quit, which is great, however, our addictive behavior does not stop.
What I mean by this, is that we inevitably trade our addiction for another, to fill that hole left by the quitting of the other.  Some people simply trade one drug for one they consider less harmful, be that either marijuana, or something legal like alcohol.  Obviously, both are still bad.  As discussed in a previous post, alcohol is the most addictive, and dangerous drug there is in regards to withdrawal, organ damage, and overall deaths, and marijuana, whether people who use it are willing to accept it or not, does indeed release carcinogens when smoked, causing lung damage(not nearly as much as cigarettes), kills brain cells by the hundreds of thousands(which does indeed result in short term memory loss), and causes a sever lack of motivation to much of anything besides watch tv, play video games, and eat everything in sight.
(QUICK SIDE NOTE-Users of any drug, I don't care what it is, will always try and defend their use of it,  whether they are defending the harm of the drug itself, or stating the always classic, "I'm not addicted, I can quit anytime I want, I just don't want to," line, there is no drug known to man that does not have any type of harmful effect on you body, marijuana included, despite the belief of stoners worldwide.)
So you might be wondering, 'What about people that stop using a chemical substance like the fore mentioned, and don't trade it for another drug?  There's nothing that they can be addicted to other than drugs that could be considered negative.'  Of course, that was just my cheezy, classic high school informational video question, that always leads into something like, "Well actually, that is quite incorrect.  You can be addicted to anything, such as: food, candy, sex, exercise, soda, tv, etc.  Pretty much anything that we as humans enjoy, can be overly used and abused in an addictive manner, that could cause us either, physical or mental harm."
Now I can bet there's two on the above list that you may not agree with, those being sex and exercise.  Everybody loves sex(besides those who have never had it, or priests........unless it's with little boys), but it can most certainly become addicting in very negative ways like purchasing the company of a prostitute, excessive self pleasuring(including public restrooms, or wherever you happen to feel the urge. lol), and the excessive viewing of pornography.  It becomes a problem when your entire life surrounds sex.
Exercise is the same thing.  People that go to the gym for 6 hours or more a day, 7 days a week, while stuffing their body full of overdoses of vitamins and body building substances like creatine, etc, can be very harmful to your body, due to overexertion and to much chemical imbalance with the excess vitamins.  So even things that most would consider harmless, or even healthy(like exercise and sex both can be), can be abused in a negative way, especially for those who are leaving an addiction.  I know someone that had quit smoking cigarettes, and developed an unnatural, excessive addiction to chewing gum and eating sunflower seeds, to where it became a nasty, disgusting habit.  Nobody likes to stare at someone chomping on 4 pieces of gum, or see ashtrays and bowls all over the place filled with saliva drenched, chewed up sunflower seed shells.
So now that you've heard my thoughts on the subject....What are yours?  Have you experienced the same type addiction trade that I'm referring to, personal or with others?  Or do truly believe that addiction can totally be beaten without replacing it with even the smallest addictive behaviors?  Even religious practices can become addicted to and over used in a mentally unhealthy way.  Give me your feedback.

Today's Agenda: 2012--End Of The World?

As I'm sure you and everybody else in the world are aware, December 21st of this year marks what many people believe the ancient Mayan calender dates as the end of the world,  a scenario which was played out remarkably well in the 2009 film "2012."<------Sarcasm.  Being as it's only January, the supposed event isn't getting much media attention yet.  However, I have a feeling that as the months and days start to pull us closer and closer to this date, there will be widespread panic and mayhem from both religious activists, who believe that this is going to be the biblical Armagedon or Judgment Day , and then the people who just follow along with the conspiracy theories brought about by the poor interpretation of the Mayan calender.  With so many different theories and beliefs surrounding this day, how do we know which one to believe?
First, let me put some of your minds at ease concerning the whole Mayan calender end date.  No where on this ancient stone tablet is there any such symbol or marking that translates into an end of the world type prophecy.  It simply marks the end of their civilizations calender, the same thing as how our current calender ends every year on December 31st.  Their calenders were obviously measured way differently than our current calender, as there was no such thing as January or December 5000 years ago.  Also, this calender was just one of many different calenders the Mayans kept, all of which have ended already.  This particular one is known as "The Long Count" calender, measured in roughly a 5100 year cycle, which just so happens to possibly end on 12-21-2012.  I say possibly, because now a theory is circulating that the previous calculations of the end date of the Mayan calender could be off anywhere between 50 to 200 years, maybe more.
To conclude this particular theory, hears a little piece of an article I found online

"While some doomsday theorists predict the apocalypse next year, most Mexican archaeological authorities say that the 2012 reference on a 1,300-year-old stone tablet only marks the end of a cycle in the Mayan calendar, not the end of the world.
'The world will not end. It is an era,' said Yeanet Zaldo, a tourism spokeswoman for the Caribbean state of Quintana Roo, home to Cancun.
'For us, it is a message of hope.' "
Read more: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/travel/article-2077034/Maya-end-world-countdown-Mexico-predicts-tourism-boom-2012.html#ixzz1kLozIBPb
Maybe it's just me, but I would think that Mexican archaeological authorities, who live in the general region once inhabited by the Mayans, probably have a better understand of the calender than a bunch of doomsday theorists who jump to quickly to conclusions to back up their end of the world beliefs.
Now, that we have that out of the way, what else is there to really discuss.  There's the always entertaining supposed prophecies by Nostradomaus, which apparently also foretold the end on this date, with his quatrain time measurements.  First, his writings are so incredibly cryptic and vague, that anybody could point to an event that has already passed, and say, "See!!  That's what he meant!"  Any person with a pen and paper could right down some short little paragraph about some very poorly described biblical speech event, and probably have an event happen several, if not hundreds of years in the future that somewhat might be able to very loosely be translated to match up.  Second, his so called prophecies go on for another thousand years past his "Apocalypse" prediction.
Then, there's the numerous religions that now state that the Mayan calender coincides with each of their takes on the end, including the Christians with the Book of Revaltion.  The only question I have about that, and correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't it written in the Bible somewhere that NO MAN would know the time of Judgment Day.  I am not religious whatsoever, but researched that around the time of the whole Harold Camping, May 21 end of the world prediction.
I'm not going to delve any further into this subject for now, but I would like to know what your thoughts are on this whole thing.  What do you believe will happen in December?  I left out the whole galactic alignment that supposedly happens in December as well.  If you know more about that, let me know.  Being as this is such an important subject concerning our existance, I would love to get some of your own personal theories.  My belief:  THE WHOLE THING IS BULLSHIT!

Today's Agenda: The Harbaugh Disappointment

All I can say after watching today's NFC and AFC Championship games is wow..................I haven't seen a pair of more outrageous, and upsetting surprise losses in a long time...The last time, ironically, was probably the New York Giants Superbowl win over the Patriots 4 years ago.  Unfortunately, the two teams that really deserved to go to the Superbowl this year were the two that were knocked out,  much to the shock and dissapointment from their fans nationwide.
If you happen to live under a rock, or for some reason don't like football(which is a shock and outrage by itself), then you know that those two teams were the San Francisco 49ers and the Baltimore Ravens.  Although the 49ers were the easily the biggest story in sports this post season, earning 8 more wins this year than last year(1 being a post season game this year), an equally intriguing event was just one win away for both the Ravens and Niners:  THE HARBAUGH SUPERBAUGH.......  I mean Superbowl.
For those of you not keeping up, both these team's head coaches are John and Jim Harbaugh, which also happen to be the only two brothers in NFL History serving as head coach at the same time.  History was already made when the two teams played against each other earlier this season.  So you can imagine the intense and exciting sibling rivalry that the world could have had the pleasure of seeing play out on the field in Indianapolis 2 weeks from now.  In the final seconds of both games, these two teams were both presented with and excellent opportunity to take control and win(or tie in Baltimore's case).  Both teams were cheated out of their chance at the biggest game of the year, because of the huge, inexcusable errors made by a single individual on their respective teams.
First, there was the missed field goal by Baltimore's kicker from a short, easy 32 yards away, which as we all know is generally a chip shot and a for sure thing in most cases.  The ball went wide left, and every persons on the Ravens sideline dropped their head in disappointment, while the word "Bullshit" could be seen mouthed by John Harbaugh.  This team fought hard this year, and had a great season record.  They deserved their chance at greatness far more than Tom Brady and the emotionless Bill Pelachik, or however you spell it.  As the ball missed, Pelachik's face did not change expression in the slightest, probably due to the fact he's been to 7 of the past 13 Superbowls, and it's just become like routine to him.  I for one and sick and tired of having to see Tom Brady's mongoloid looking face hoisting up Championship trophies year after year.  It's no fun to see the same team play every year, they might as well change the name from the Superbowl to the "Bill Palechik NFL Challenge."

Then, with an even more outrageously terrible display of athletic skill, Kyle Williams of the 49ers fumbles the ball on a punt return, after the Niner defense was able to pull together and stop a possible game winning drive from the Giants in overtime.  San Francisco forcing that punt was the single most important defensive stop for them in the entire game, and put them just about 50 yards away from a David Akers game winner, and the one player that they entrusted to hold to the ball, and possibly their 6th Superbowl Championship, singlehandedley loses the game, and ends a more than impressive season for one of the greatest comback stories i've seen in football..........It's just sad.
Now, anybody reading this who's read my stuff before or knows me personally might be a little confused at the moment, because it's a well known fact that, being an Oakland fan, I naturally despise the 49ers.  I do however respect great teams, great coaching, and outstanding effort, and honestly wouldn't have minded much to see San Francisco play either the Patriots or Baltimore.  I may have rooted for Baltimore in the Superbowl, but would have been all Niners against the Patriots, because I can never get enough of seeing Tom Brady's face when he loses a Superbowl.  Let's hope that Eli Manning can produce a repeat of Superbowl 42, and provide us with another last minute upset win.
Let me know what you guys think about what happened in todays games.

Today's Agenda: NFC Championship Game Overview

This Sunday's two football games will decide the two teams who will meet in Indianapolis in two weeks for the biggest and best sporting event of the year:  THE SUPERBOWL!!!!!  Although, once again, my team, the Raiders, have provided me with another miserable season, with no playoff berth.  None-the-less, the Superbowl is still exciting, and this year, it's going to be a great one.
The most anticipated game of the entire year, however, is not yet the Superbowl.  It's the NFC Championship game between the SF 49ers and the NY Giants.  The big story of the season is of course the complete 180 turnaround of San Francisco, who have had dismal season after dismal season for the past 10 years, with a very disappointing record of 6-10 just last year under QB Alex Smith, who at the time appeared to be an NFL draft bust, and under the coaching of the ninja turtle lookalike Mike Singletary.
After the terrible performance of last season and the firing of Singletary, Alex Smith looked as though he wouldn't be in a red and gold #11 jersey for much longer.  All that changed with the induction of Jim Harbaugh, former head coach of Stanford, as the new head coach of San Francisco.   Amazing how things can change with the hiring of a single person.  Jim Harbaugh's energy and experience as a former NFL QB has more than improved the teams game, it's turned them back into a force to be reckoned with, ending the regular season at an amazing 13-3 record, landing them the number 2 seed in the NFC behind Green Bay, who has now been eliminated.  Their team is fired up, as well as the fans, as the NFC game is to be held at Candlestick Park, and a date with the Superbowl within their grasp for the first time in many, many years.
Although I am an Oakland fan, and I despise the 49ers, but as a lover of the game of football, I have the utmost respect for both the teams outstanding effort and performance this season, and in Jim Harbaugh, who in my opinion, is destined for the Hall of Fame.
Then you have their opponent, the NY Giants, a team that struggled through the season, and barely made the playoffs as a wildcard with an unimpressive 9-7 record under Eli Manning as QB of course.  However, we've seen this scenario play out before in a similar fashion.  As I recall, just a few years ago, this same Giants team made the playoffs with a 9-7 record, during a year that Tom Brady and the Patriots were attempting to make history as the first team to go completely undefeated since the Miami Dolphins did it back in the 70's.  The seasons now consist of more games than back then, so the Patriots would have the record for themselves.
However, the playoff underdogs the Giants, who started the playoffs as a wildcard, made it to the Superbowl to face what was considered would be inevitable defeat at the hands of the powerhouse dynasty of New England.  However, as true uplifting underdog sports movies would end, Eli Manning throws the game winning touchdown with less than 40 seconds left in the game, when it appeared the Patriots had it.  The look on Tom Brady's face was priceless, one that I'll never forget, because I can't stand that asshole, any Raider fans who saw the playoff game in 2001 with the now infamous "Tuck Rule" call, which ranks in the top 10 most controversial ref calls in NFL History, knows exactly why.
So we should be ready to see the game of the year tomorrow.  After the Giants stomped the 15-1 Packers last week in Green Bay, and the more than impressive win over the Saints for San Francisco, this one will be hard to call, and could go down to the wire.  Of course, I will be rooting for the Giants, but it pains me to say, that the 49ers deserve it based on the years performance.  So I have to unfortunately pick the Niners to win it.  Damn it!!

Today's Agenda: Congress Kills SOPA Bill!!!

I guess Senate leader Harry Reid read my blog yesterday, because early today, he decided to kill the controversial SOPA bill, which would have destroyed the internet.  Now I know of course that my strongly worded rant that I posted had absolutely nothing to do with the pulling of the bill, but it was pretty damn good timing. Haha.  Truthfully, if the senate had read my blog, they probably would have passed it just to spite me and bring a lawsuit against me for posting the URL for the pirate bay site. LOL.
In fact, for the first time in a long time, America's protests and outrage were heard and actually taken into account, which is very surprising seeing as all these "Occupy" protest that have been going on around the country only seem to end in innocent people getting maced while using their 1st amendment rights to free speech, and the right to peaceful protest......Anyways, the amount of controversy and mass protest this bill stirred up was one of the biggest in American History.  I read that over 100,000 websites participated in a anti-SOPA blackout this week, including the the big name sites.  Plus, I'm sure as the vote date was getting closer, some of these senators started reading the bill a bit more carefully and realized, "Hey, wait a second, how am I supposed to get new music and watch movies now?  There's no way I'm paying for this shit!"  On top of that, they wouldn't be able to download any more free porn.  HAHAHA.  Just kidding.....Maybe.
I am very happy with the Senate's decision to pull the bill.  It has nothing to do with downloading music or movies illegally, it's because the person who wrote the bill did not think of the ramifications of the bills actions, and how it would have drove an already severely crippled American Economy even further into this hole.  Trust me though, this is not the last we will hear of this fight against online piracy, because Harry Reid said himself today that the bill needs to be completely revised to better specify the actual enforcement policies and effectiveness of it.  I really hope that when the law is reintroduced, that they get the advice and council of an actual computer, and internet communications specialist to eliminate the possibility of innocent people being chastised and criminalized due to lack of knowledge or mistakes.
So I'm sure you're probably expecting me to start typing in bold letters with lots of exclamation points now, to signal my anger and outrage like I always do.......WELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.........................................
I'm not feeling like that today.  For the time being, I have nothing to be angry or rant about.  I feel pride in the American people for coming together in the millions to share their opinions, and sway our countries leaders into making a decision, without even having to submit votes.  It makes me proud to be part of this country, and gives me a little more insight into just how many people actually do pay attention to what's going on.  I also applaud Sen. Harry Reid, and all the other Senators who listened and opposed this bill.  It's things like this that give the American people some hope that there are still some politicians out there that actually care about the well being of this nations people and economy.
So sorry it's not my usual foul mouthed banter, if that's what you were hoping for.  However, I will end this post by saying.....EVERYBODY START DOWNLOADING SHIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.  Just playing...That shit's illegal.  haha

Today's Agenda: My Thoughts On S.O.P.A.(Stop Online Piracy Act)

If you keep up with the news, or have any access to the internet at all, then you have most likely heard of the new proposed bill that the U.S. Senate will be voting on January 24th.  It is the 'Stop Online Piracy Act' or SOPA for short.  The law was designed to help stop the pirating of copyrighted materials such as movies and music.  You might think that this doesn't sound that bad, but when you break down the law and examine exactly what actions it would put into effect should it pass, you would probably have a change of thought, unless you don't care if you have internet or not.  So, let me give you the basics.
This law would require all advertisement companies to pull all adds from any website that has even the slightest hint of copyright infringement, under threat of a court order and major lawsuit.  Keep in mind, that the vast majority of these websites aren't exactly broadcasting the fact that they are pirating illegal material, and go under vague domain names, so the majority of these ad companies would be an innocent bistander in this, losing revenue and eventually lead to lost jobs(just something this country needs more of right?).  Search engines would be barred from having any link leading to piracy websites listed in their search database, again under threat of court order.
Websites such as youtube and other user content sites would be severely affected, seeing as they stream songs and entertainment videos constantly, so of course, all that would have to stop, which would more than guarantee a mass drop in users in those sights(my guesstimate would be in the hundreds of millions), which again would undoubtedly lead to more lost jobs and revenue by the tons of companies that pay good money to advertise their products on such highly visited sights like Youtube.  On top of that, say for instance I had some link posted on my blog here, such as:  thepiratebay.org (which is an actual piracy site), then this law would allow for the entire removal of the blogspot website, which includes millions of bloggers like myself, some of which earn revenue by posting ads on their page, and possibly bring legal action against said site, resulting once again, in lost jobs and revenue.  I guess it's a good thing the law hasn't been passed yet or I might be in trouble for that one, haha.
All of the big name, top revenue earning websites such as:   GoogleYahoo!, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, AOLLinkedIneBayMozilla CorporationRobloxReddit,[113] Wikipedia, and many more, all highly oppose this bill.  These companies provide thousands of jobs to people all over the country, all of which could have their jobs threatened should the law pass, as ad companies will refuse to purchase ad space on their sites due the possible legality and liability it puts on them should someone like myself post anything copyright infringing.  The majority of these big sites participated in a 12-24 blackout over the past few days in protest.  There has also been several anti-SOPA rallies all over the country in the previous weeks, stating that this is blatant Internet Censorship, and a violation of our 1st Amendment rights.  So, let me ask you, after hearing just that small tidbit of information, would you support a law that could possibly destroy the internet as we know it?  Let me give you my perspective and thoughts and this bullshit.

IN MY OPINION, THIS RIDICULOUS PROPOSAL IS A CORRUPT, GREED INDUCED RIGHT WING PIECE OF LEGISLATURE THAT INFRINGES THE RIGHTS OF EVERY AMERICAN IN THIS COUNTRY!!!!!!  IT'S SUCH A WORTHLESS PIECE OF SHIT DOCUMENT THAT IT WOULDN'T EVEN DESERVE TO BE USED TO WIPE MY ASS WITH!!!!!   Obviously, Republican Texas Senator Lamar Smith has absolutely no knowledge whatsoever on how the the internet works, which is surprising seeing as how Texas usually produces really intelligent political figures, like George Bush,  HAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAAH!!!!!  If this moron had even the slightest computer and internet literacy skills, he would know, that this bullshit law would actually do very little to curb piracy.  Sure they can block and ban these known sites, and I guess that solves the problem right..............................NOT!!!!!  All these sites have to do is copy all information to a brand new website under a different IP Address, which they can do within hours, and without notice.  If you think I'm just pulling information out of my ass, look it up yourself.  Edward J. Black, president and CEO of the Computer & Communication Industry Association stated these facts himself in an article of the Huffington Post.
Also, HOW FUCKING GREEDY TO THE ENTERTAINMENT MILLIONAIRES OF THIS GODDAMN COUNTRY HAVE TO BE THAT THEY ARE TRULY CONCERNED ABOUT MISSING OUT ON A FEW HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS WHEN THEY ARE MAKING TENS OF MILLIONS ANNUALLY!!!!!!!  YOU SELFISH PRICKS SHOULD BE GREATFULL THAT PEOPLE EVEN WANT TO DOWNLOAD YOUR MUSIC OR MOVIES!!!!  THAT MEANS WE LIKE THE STUFF YOU PRODUCE!!!!!!  A FEW MILLION DOWNLOADS IS NOT GOING TO AFFECT YOUR INCOME IN A WAY THAT IS GOING TO CAUSE YOU TO STOP LIVING THE ALREADY OVERPAID, OVER LAVISH LIFESTYLES YOU BASTARDS ALREADY HAVE THANKS TO YOUR FANS!!!!!!!
DOWNLOADING DOESN'T AFFECT PEOPLE WANTING TO WATCH MOVIES ON A BIG SCREEN OR PAY HUNDREDS TO SEE THEIR FAVORITE PERFORMERS LIVE!!!  IT SIMPLY ALLOWS US TO ENJOY THESE ARTS IN THE PRIVACY OF OUR HOMES WITHOUT HAVING TO PAY $20 FOR A FUCKING CD THAT ONLY HAS ONE GOOD SONG ON IT THAT WE WANT TO HEAR!!!!!  ENTERTAINERS THAT SUPPORT THIS LAW ARE DOING NOTHING BUT TELLING THEIR FANS, "FUCK YOU GUYS, I ONLY MADE $20 MILLION LAST YEAR WHEN I SHOULD HAVE MADE $21.5 MILLION.  HOW THE FUCK AM I SUPPOSED TO MAKE IT THROUGH THE REST OF THE YEAR NOW?"
So congratulations to Sen. Smith, for coming up with the most greedy, job killing, revenue losing, internet destroying piece of shit bill I have ever heard of being proposed to our U.S. Senate.  Two thumbs up asshole!!!!!!!!!!!

Today's Agenda: Crazy Sports Fans

If there's one thing I can't stand more than fake, band waggoning sports fans, it's the crazy sports fans.  The type of sports fans that let their team envelop every part of their life.  The one's who act like they have a personal connection with their team.  I know we have all come in contact with these type of people at least one time in our own personal lives, I know I have, not to mention the shit we see on the news regarding these crazed, violent fans.
I'll start with the most recent and well known incident that was the top news story for quite a while, and that would be the severe beating of Brian Stow, the San Francisco Giants fan put into a coma by L.A. Dodger fans after a game in L.A. early in spring 2011.  The poor guy suffered brain damage, and was in a coma for months because of these two assholes, and the even more fucked up thing is, THE DODGERS ONE THAT FUCKING GAME!!!!!!!!  HOW THE FUCK CAN FANS OF THE WINNING TEAM BE PISSED OFF ENOUGH TO NEARLY KILL A MAN SIMPLY BASED ON WHAT FUCKING TEAM JERSEY HE WAS WEARING!!!???  The beating made no fucking sense at all.  It would have been at least kind of understandable looking at it from a violent person's prospective if the Dodgers had lost the game, but your team wins, and you still have enough anger built up to do that to someone who traveled nearly 500 miles just to watch the team he loves play a damn game, it's sickening to me.
The weird thing about that incident, is that these were baseball fans, generally you don't here about much violence at baseball games, that headline is usually reserved for football games.  Of course, the team you usually hear about when it comes to violent fans, unfortunately, is the Raiders.  Raider fans are the only team I can think of that will riot through the hometown whether the Raiders win or lose.  For instance, in 2002 when the team went to the superbowl, the fans rioted when we won the afc championship game, and when we lost the superbowl.  WHY THE FUCK WOULD YOU DESTROY YOUR OWN TOWN WHEN YOUR TEAM WINS A GAME IDIOTS!!!!???
Plus, every time the Raiders play the 49ers, the Raider fans always have to try and prove themselves by attacking a San Francisco fan, it never fails.  It doesn't help the matter either when the 49ers have won almost every game against us in the past 10 years, be it pre-season or Regular.  Then you've just got really pissed off, sore loser Raider fans with a bone to pick with the nearest San Francisco jersey they can find.  Just a couple of years ago, some 49er fan had the bright idea of buying seats located in the black hole at Oakland Collessium, which as you can imagine, did not turn out well for that particular 49er fan.  A word to the wise, I have no problem with San Francisco fans coming to watch a game at the Raider stadium, but when attending a stadium notorious for their rowdy section of seats, DON'T BUY TICKETS IN THAT SECTION IF YOU PLAN TO WEAR A JERSEY OF THE RIVAL TEAM MORONS!!!!!!!  However, A couple San Francisco fans did get the better of some Oakland fans at this previous preseason math up between the two, which unfortunately resulted in a shooting, and the cancellation of all future preseason Oakland vs San Francisco games to avoid further "Battle of the Bay" violence.
My own personal experience of a crazy football fan, did of course involve a Raider fan against my 49er fan friend.  My friends and I were attending a blacked out Raider game at a local bar last season.  It was obviously a Raider bar, as there was a $5 cover charge just to get in to watch the blacked out game.  But everyone was just having a good time.  My friend is a 49er fan, but still wanted to come and enjoy some football.  The place is packed, and we were standing in line in the bathroom, which was full of silver and black jerseys.  There were guys in there having playfull shit talking conversations back and forth with my friend about the 49ers and Raiders, with no problem whatsoever.  Then my friend says, in a very kidding tone, "Man fuck the Raiders!!!."  Most of the Raider fans laughed it off without incident, except for one asshole with something to prove.
He took the comment personally, as if someone my friend had just said "fuck you" to him.  He told my friend to shut the fuck up before he beat his ass, and when my friend tried to apologize, the guy just blew it off, and said "no fuck that, when you talking shit about my team, that's like talking shit about my kids!"  ARE YOU FUCKING SERIOUS!!!!!!  HOW IN THE FUCK CAN YOU COMPARE PLAYFUL SPORTS BANTER AND SHIT TALKING TO INSULTING YOUR CHILDREN!!!!!!???? JUST BECAUSE YOUR A FUCKING RAIDER FAN DOES NOT MEAN YOU HAVE TO LIVE WITH A STUPID GANGSTER, HOOD THUG IMAGE YOU FUCKING PRICK!!!!!!!!
Let me know if any of you have ever experienced similar crazed sports fan stories, or your opinion on the more publicized stories like I mentioned above.

Today's Agenda: The Kardashians-Untalented, Undeserving, and Over Entitled Millionaires

I for one, don't give two shits how incredibly sexy Kim Kardashian is, it is far outweighed by my absolute disgust and hatred for the entire Kardashian family.  For one, the fact that this family is even a household name in today's society is only because their father was one of the scumbag lawyers that got OJ Simpson acquitted of murder charges.  The only thing is, as the name was once hated by Americans for his part in that sickening display of yet another Judicial system failure, it has now become a popular, million dollar franchise, which has spawned 5 spin off shows, some of which still run at the same time as its origianl(Keeping Up With The Kardashians), clothing lines, clothing stores, playboy spreads(not a bad one either), and the 3 most money grubbing bitches this world has ever seen.
They all latch themselves like leaches to some rich pro athlete or business man, in an attempt to suck away at said players extensive bank account.  Their mother started the trend when she married that sucked up, skelator looking motherfucker Bruce Jenner.  Then Kim with her carousel of rich boyfriends: Basketball players, football players, rap singers, etc.  I was just so surprised that her "Fairy Tale Wedding" only lasted 2 and a half months.(Sacrasm....obviously).  Then you have Lamar Odom's tall retarded ass, that fell into the Kardashian trap, and has surprisingly stuck around so far.  And nobody cares about the other one or whoever the fuck she's married to.
The recent onslaught of everything Kardashian, is one of the many factors contributing to the dumbing down of female American youth.  Like the Paris Hilton phase before it, these foul, stupid bitches have made being dumb and rich popular.  All this teaches young girls is that it's ok to be stupid and naive and have no actual job or book smarts whatsoever as long as their hot, and get a rich famous boyfriend.  The thought of living in a world filled with girls that think it's cool that they don't know how to operate a parking meter or microwave, and all talk in that high pitched, clueless tone of voice, that says "yeah i'm dumb, but i'm hot so it sounds cute when I say something stupid," just makes me cringe in terror.
WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH EVERYONE IN THE WORLD!!!!!!  GET OVER HOW HOT SHE IS AND LOOK INTO HOW EVIL AND UNTALENTED THAT SOULLESS SKANKY BITCH IS!!!!!!!!!!!!!  YOU PEOPLE THAT CONTINUE TO WATCH THESE GOLD DIGGING WHORES JUST CONTINUE TO ADD MORE UNDESERVED MILLIONS TO THEIR BANK ACCOUNTS!!!!!!!  STOP IT!!!!!!!!!
My only hope, is that the world will catch on as they did with Paris Hilton, that just because someone has a lot of money, it doesn't make them any better, or more interesting a person, especially when those people just fell into money, and didn't really earn it.  In truth, it seems that people born into money just turn out to be spoiled, conceited pieces of worthless shit, with just a popular name to attach themselves to.
